一、市区内展品的运输

A、服务内容

1、垫付常规的机场、码头、车站费用

2、承接展馆至机场、码头、车站的展品运输

3、协助展商开箱并按照展商要求安放重件

4、运送空箱和包装材料至存放处

B、收费

1. 水路/陆路

从武汉码头/车站到展馆（包括卸车及将展品运至展台并开箱）。

收费标准：人民币0.35元/公斤最低人民币100.00元/票，单件重量超过1000公斤需另收附加费（ 1000-3000公斤，人民币20元/100公斤；3000-5000公斤，人民币30元/100公斤；5000公斤以上费率另计。）

2、空运

从武汉机场到展馆。收费标准：人民币1.50元/公斤，最低人民币150.00元/票

二、现场服务

A、服务内容

1、布展卸车，拆展装车，将展品运至展台或撤出展馆；

2、协助展商开箱或包装；

3、搬运服务；

4在展览期间存放空箱和包装材料；

5、办理展品回运的必要手续和文件。

B、收费

人民币100.00元/吨/立方米（不足1吨/立方米，按1吨/立方米计）单件1000公斤以上的展品另收附加费（ 1000-3000公斤，人民币20元/100公斤；3000-5000公斤，人民币30元/100公斤；5000公斤以上费率另计。）

三、特别提示

A、以上报价只适用于长不超过5.5米，宽不超过2.2米，高不超过2.5米的展品；

B、水运、铁路运输早到展品存放收费标准为：人民币10.00元/平方米/天（仅限早于开馆前十天）；

空运早到展品存放收费标准为：人民币10.00元/平方米/天（仅限早于开馆前十天）；

C、晚到展馆提货附加费（进馆前三天）人民币200元/票；

D、20′集装箱最低收费按23立方米计算，10T集装箱最低收费按16.5立方米计算。

空箱返回码头车站：20′集装箱人民币1500元,10T集装箱人民币1000元；

E、如空运货物计费大于实际重量则按重量收费（6立方米折合一吨）

F、车站、码头、机场发生的费用，参展单位自行负责。

Ⅰ Local Freight Forwarding

A. Content

1.The general airport, port, railway station fees advanced for customers to be repaid later.

2.Freight forwarding from the exhibition hall to airports , wharves railway stations .

3.Help exhibition opening packages and laying down goods to exhibitors’ .requirements.

4.Forwarding empty cases and packing materials to the storage .

B.Charges

1. By ship/By road

From Wuhan port/Railway Station to the exhibition hall (including discharging ,forwarding to the stand and packages opening) Charges:RMB0.35yuan/kg, Minimum RMB 100 yuan /ticket, singal articles weighing.

More than 1000kg shall incur surcharge (1000-3000kg RMB 20yuan/100kg; 3000-5000kg RMB30yuan/kg; above 5000kg to be negotiated.)

2.By air

From Wuhan Airport to the exhibition hall

Charges:RMB1.50yuan/kg,minimum RMB 150.00yuan/ticket.

Ⅱ On-site Services

A.contents

1.Unloading goods for move-in, loading goods for move-out, forwarding exhibits to the stand or out of the hall;

2.Helping exhibitor opening packages or packing goods;

3.porters service

B.charges

RMB 100yuan/ton/sqm. (goods less than 1 ton/sqm, charge the same rate) signal articles weighing more than 1000kg shall incur surcharge.(1000-3000kg, RMB 20yuan/100kg;3000-5000kg,RMB 3oyuan/100kg;above 5000kg to be negotiated.)

Ⅲ NOTE

A. Above-mentioned quotation is only for the exhibits less than 5.5m in length, 2.2m in width, 2.5m in height ;

B. The storage charge for early arriving exhibits is RMB 10.00yuan/sqm/day(only in 10 days before the open day );

C. Surcharge for delivering delayed goods to the exhibition hall (in 3days before move-in) RMB 200yuan/ticket;

D. The minimal charge for 20’ container accounts as 23 sqm, the minimal charge for 10T container accounts as 16.5 sqm. Empty containers returning to port/railway stations. 20’container RMB 1500 yuan, 10T container RMB 1000yuan ;

E. If the goods by air charge more than the actual weight ,the goods will be charges according to the weight (6 sqm amount to 1 ton)

F. Charges incurred at railway stations, ports and airports shall be bared by exhibitors.
